Shipping Policy
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation by our customer support team via call or WhatsApp.
We take PKR 1000 as advance for all COD orders. This advance amount is non-refundable in case the parcel is not received / is returned.
Only after receiving the advance amount, will your order be considered confirmed and effective.
We will deliver the products you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability.
We have a 3 day replacement warranty for manufacturing fault or defects. If any issue is reported within 3 days via email or WhatsApp, then your product shall be replaced only if the packaging has not been removed. If the packaging has been removed, we will service/repair the piece but will not replace it with a new one.
Dents and scratches are checked before we ship our products, hence these shall not be entertained in our 3 Day replacement policy.
You are requested to return your item in the packaging and condition in which it was sent to you.
