All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation by our customer support team via call or WhatsApp.
PKR 1000 is taken as advance for all COD orders. This amount is non-refundable in case the parcel is not received / is returned.
Only after receiving the advance, will your order be considered confirmed and effective.
We will deliver the product you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability.
You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards or Advance Bank Trasnfer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 1-year machine warranty for the automatic/quartz mechanism in the watch. If within the year, the mechanism stops working, you can return the watch to us and we will fix or replace the machinery free of cost but we will take delivery charges.
For watch body defects or faults, we have a 3 day replacement warranty.
If any issue is reported within 3 days via email or WhatsApp, then your product shall be replaced but only if the packaging is intact.
Dents and scratches are checked before we ship our products, hence these shall not be entertained in our 3 Day replacement policy.
You are requested to return your item in the packaging and condition in which it was sent to you. If the packaging has been removed, then the watch will be serviced/repaired but will not be replaced with another piece.
